^i use that Lizard Skins tape and it is nice. Mine is red but it looks great in that colour as it gives a subtle stripe. Definitely a good look.

I used to use it and it was great; but its also £25 and not as hard wearing as the Fizik microtex stuff i'm using now!

I wonder how much bar tape a pro-team gets through in a year?

It's not an optical illusion. I saw one at the London Bike Show... might have been on the Tri-UK stand...

Maybe he just likes to adjust it depending on the day, or how he's feeling. Maybe sore back or something and just wanted it higher. I know Cav likes his higher on climbing days but lower on sprint days.
