    When you have been a really naughty boy - you know, on the highest naughty step, you get no warning. It is like a being in a tsunami crossed with an earthquake and a volcano whilst you are all cosied up in bed.
    When you have made a feeble poke at someone, you get this incrementation, which is like death by a thousand Gigabytes.
