My impression was wiggins lost touch on the descent and now he has taken a fall. Not correct? Using the term "Dropped" suggests it was on a climb where as it was more nibbles etc were going balls out on the wet descent. He doesn't seem to like the descents in the wet wiggo.

Are we going to have the stage described as dogshit again by Wiggins?

Is he regretting the Giro decision when the Giro always has stages like this?

Wiggins never tries when he is in the hole. Definitely not a Great. Not a True Champ. Not and Old School Legend.

Be interesting to see what Wiggins does when he hits the flat. Will he nail it and TT to the finish or just trundle home?

Oooh, Nibs takes a slide, that'll teach him to attack on a wet descent.

Wiggins & Ryder will be feeling very smug.

    LOL.

Has looked weak since the very first day of this Giro.

Wiggins about 30 seconds from the back of the peloton. Maybe a minute from those that matter.

Is Wiggo's bike broken, or just his heart?

    I think it's some sort of tape/strapping/bandage

I think Bradley may be having a word with Dave tonight...

"Dave, you know I said I wanted to concentrate on the Giro this year and ride for Froome in The Tour... Well...."

Don't see it. Didn't look weak at 3km yesterday. He can lose a minute today and still take pink tomorrow (if it's dry) but then he needs a cushion for the mountains I think.

    Great win for Hansen.

Wiggins looks beaten, physically and mentally.

What is the fucking point of bringing Henao back for Wiggins - someone who has a great chance of winning the Giro. RACING FAIL.

I think this would be bad in isolation, but on top of the fact that he's been leaking time since the TTT it's really not looking like he has the legs (or head) to seriously contest this Giro.

I wonder if he's been ill the past couple of days. Didn't look comfortable since the TTT.
