    Just got back in from a road ride which was a good short blast. Not my fastest as I kept catching up with cars on some of the descents, but I did manage to trigger the "Slow Down" sign in a 30 zone, which is always a nice feeling. My mission is to set a speed camera off!
    Legs are feeling good for it though, so I think my fitness is beginning to improve. Hoping that Lee Quarry and Phillips Park on Saturday will help them strengthen up even more.

    Not sure what to have for tea though, probably beans and sausage on toast. Maybe with a bit of cheese and chilli thrown in. Hmm
    It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

    Well the mothership is panicking as the middle sister hasn't checked in with any of us yet. It is safe to say worry is kicking in. Just having to tell her that we are sure she is fine...

    Working on the basis that no news is good news at the moment. Just know what the mothership is like. I know she got on the plane in Doha and that plane landed. But what doesn't help is she told the person who was meeting her at the airport to meet her 6 hours before she was due to land! Teenagers. I imagine she is totally shattered from the travelling and asleep.

    exactly, one thing you can predict with teenagers is that they will be unpredictable and oblivious

    Lol hmmm I'm sure the cinema is an excuse to get me somewhere dark so my head can be found pointing the wrong way.

    I'm not sure I appreciate this kind of suspicion. I'm just doing a charitable act in that you don't want to sit in the cinema on your own looking like a hobo, so I was being generous and offering you a way out of that. If you don't appreciate my kindness and generosity then pffft. I may go myself tomorrow.
