Looks like it's going to be a bright and sunny day here in da Hudd. Shame I'm going too be stuck indoors at work :twisted:
No plans really other than to get through the day, get home and have a ride for while.

    So want to be riding the bike in this sunshine, but been advised against it, recovery from the dentist is taking forever. need to get some bike lube, and innertubes. today will hopefully go pretty fast

    No bikes today as car required in work - then off to collect an engine crane straight after work, so no ridey then either, which is a shame because it's a glorious f*****g day out there, people. Don't sit on your hinney readin' this s**t - get out there and catch some rays. 8)

    To those, like me, in work - my sympathies, but sacrficies need to be made. To those with a day off to enjoy that big, glowing, thermo-nuclear b*****d in the sky - don't waste the day - and you have my envy!

    In the meantime, I'm gonna grab me a steaming mug of joe, kick back in the office and wait for the next installment of 'The Crudcatchers: An everyday tale of bike-forum folk' to start.

    Onwards! To caffiene! And chillaxing in front of a warm PC!
    How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.

    another beautiful day today :D

    I wasn't on here much yesterday, what did I miss in crudination street? did I see that waylander got a date? :?

    anyway. noit much to do today accept attend a video conference with a colleague for training and an early finish to pick my boy up from school. I was hoping to get out for a ride but it doesn't look like that's going to happen as the gf is finishing work late.

    Anyway, after my months of moaning about superbitch I thought I'd keep y'all updated on her loony antics. She insisted on staying here last night, despite the fact she'd been dumped, apparently she can't sleep well by herself anymore and wanted to get a good nights sleep before exams. Housematey was feeling a bit too guilty to say no... So we had the most weird mix of an awkward/hilarious evening ever. Seriously, she's crazy fucked up real proper.

    Great ride at Llandegla yesterday, only to find on my return that you can now use the CC to get a date as well as get tips on how to dispose of the body afterwards.

    Off again today, but too much to do so no riding. May squeeze in a cheeky beer though (after 12 of course....)

    Cracking good morning here so I think and early finish is on hte cards and bike playtime this afternoon. Busy day yesterday interviewing for a new minion.     Moaning scrotes - very littlesleep last night due to absolute carnage in work resulting in 190 alert texts and a lengthy series of phone conversations. No doubt I will feel like shit later, but for now copious coffee and sunshine will sustain me. Docs later to score some more asthma meds, then a cheeky few hours on the bike. There is of course the small matter of 8.5 hours in our Caerphilly office to struggle through first, but it's thursday and sunny, so I should just about be able to cope.

    work have decided while i have a long weekend that 16 cars need checking and servicing
    2hrs per car some one do the maths for me but im sure i need to pause time for a bit

    forks getting serviced tomorrow and hopefully out riding again

    Morning bum bandits

    Had a good laugh at the commonwealth track after work again. The dual line is great fun and added bonus is its a 5 min walk back to the top so sessioning it all afternoon is easy.

    PLay date with waylander cancelled as my nan has had a fall and my mum is in france this week, so cue a panicked trip up to wolvo to check on her, I believe shes ok just cut and shook up but at 96 you never know.

    I've never got why people go to the gym when it's sunny outside :lol:

    when I wasn't a fat bast@rd i'd be out running or on the bike in the sun and at the gym when it was raining

    I only used to go the gym cos I had to. when I played rugby I had to be strong cos i'm small. otherwise i'd get battered :lol:

    The gym is one of those loathsome places that to me is only beaten in it's unbereableness by clubs.

    I go to the gym because by the time I get home it's getting dark and I don't fancy being murdered on the mean streets of Grangetown.

    Also I can run on a treadmill which is far better for my poor weak knees and ankles and allows me to do one long outdoors run a week on higher impact surfaces. It also allows me to keep a better eye on my pace and distance. And I can do everything like cardio and resistance all in one place and one go a couple of times a week and do stuff outside on weekends.

    I worked in grangetown for 6 years btw. it's not that bad is it? :D
