    I dont blame him, all the damage this has caused his reputation.
    Smacking a woman on the bottom and although some may not like it and if there is a punishment it should fit the crime but why join him in the public eye to the saville case when he was arrested ?
    People stupidly thought he was arrested for child rape etc which he wasnt.

    His life is over as we all know, no matter what the outcome, once blamed or joined to these types of cases your fecked.

    Who bumped this bloody thread ?!

    Of all of the people recently arrested under operation Yewtree or whatever other operation, I wanted J Davidson cuffed and put in the same cell as S Hall. The difference is that I loved its a knockout but JD is a complete and utter tw4t. I never found him funny.

    A) In the event that he (JD) was found guilty of sex offence(s) but unfortunatley he isn't going to be charged but he should have been charged for being a racist, bigoted tw4t a long time ago. When I think of UKIP, Jim Davidson springs to mind for some strange reason.

    Why not knock him for being racist then ? I couldnt argue with that but its the wrong claims that not only ruin it for genuine people effected by these crimes but also take emphasis away from other crimes or offences people make.

    The only alternative is to allow public trial and street execution and that didnt work in the 1500's, 1600's, 1700's and lets not forget the 1800's :wink:

    The thing is, his name has been ruined, he no longer picks up the kids from school as the parents chit-chat as they do and instantly forget all the help he has given locally for the villagers. He has always helped in any way yet they forgot about that in a blink of an eye the moment the papers write their muck.

    I continue to believe that names should only be given after guilty verdicts.

    I too am upset about the Rolf issue but the police have found child porn on his pc which was recently downloaded, according to the charges the images were downloaded upto 2013 and after initial questioning which I find truly odd. (why would anyone download images after being questioned about such offences ?)

    I understood that the child porn charge concerned an image created in 2012, but he wasn't arrested 'til March this year. So it would appear that he didn't download it post arrest.
