Yeah, that's sort of what I was getting at. I haven't seen many of the early race to know otherwise, but with Cavendish now in the team, I wasn't expecting to see him in bunch sprints as much. I think the reason he missed the split yesterday was because he wasn't really that bothered.

Boonen is usually not bothered when the form isn't there.

That's what I mean really. When his legs put him in the mix, he'll go for it.

When they don't he says he wasn't trying anyway.
