Our club training rides aim to keep around a 25mph average on flat terrain and they cover circa 60 miles.Yellow is the new Black.0 -

Title says avg speed but then asks for cruising speed. So not sure what you wants If you are cruising at 22mph then obviously your avg speed will be lower ?0

But the OP doesn't seem to be interested in actual average speed, so I gave the number I hope to see (i.e. 'actual' speed, not 'average') when I look down as I cycle along on a flat road.0 -
