Same here. We seem to have a lot in common. We should totally hang out.

Except for the Turbo training for beginners thread, that has 14000 more views than your festival of patronising? ;)

Having recently been looking at a new chain tool as I'm making the switch to Campag, I now know what your avatar is!

I ordered a Lezyne Chain Drive though as it has the peening thingy... They sell them at Probikekit you know...

At the moment, PBK are the best online retailer of bike bits out there. In fact, I think I'm going to go there now and order those brake pads I've been meaning to.

I got two bags of Haribo with my last order... go me.

I want to buy something from ProBikeKit so I can send it back and create a rant thread about it.

Any suggestions as to what I should buy?

I also find that PBK offer excellent service. It's just a shame that they have to deal with the occasional patronising individual who is unable to converse in a civil manner. Naming no names.

They do, more so than you.

    Generally people do.

What, that one where you spout ill-informed patronising twaddle ? Not sure why you keep spouting on about it, only the beginners who know no better post there.

And how many angry guys there are - LOL!!!!!!
None, can you point out the anger, other than in your responses.

  • The irony is that I've not used PBK before, but the whole saga drew me to their website, and they've got some very decent stuff, so I think I'll place an order.

  • big bee I really dont get why you feel you have to insult everybody you come across becuase you have lost 30 quid jesus get over it. If you had of paid for "signed for" none of this would happen.

Asking NapD to say something interesting so people "repond" ???? Nap has provided me with many an answer on this forum and have bought many things recommended by hims as he knows his stuff. No I do not know him or anythign about him but the way you go out the way to slag people off seems so childish becuase you lost £30? as said before if PBK are ware of your "slanderous" rants then i dont blame them for ignoring you. Their is a difference between a theif and an incident where royal mail have lost or delayed something. How do you know the postman did not nick it? I hope you have proof to be calling them theives.

I thought it was the sending back that was the problem.

I once returned something with a cryptic set of clues hidden in the works of Da Vinci which would enable them to find out my alternate address as return the replacements to me.

...It took them a while and they even managed to avoid being killed by the Albino Monk which I tasked to stop them! Good job!

I've just read the original PBK thread....WOW! Definitely some form of mental illness....
  • Right... I'm new, but i'm sure that i've missed something here...
I've noticed NapD because of some helpful posts, plus he's ridden plenty of local segments much faster than i have... Why the abuse? Is this some forum clique thing, or is the 2nd poster some kind of cunt?

    Hello!

To be fair the 2nd poster is some form of forum incendiary who gets very wound up, this thread is, rather ashamedly, to put people right about Pbk and bait that 2nd poster went for in royal fashion.

    Immature I know, but, weeelllll...

That was an interesting read.... If it was me I'd have (will be) claiming from RM as I've got PoP. Not slating PBK.

Wow! that's remarkable. Very odd how he's the most prolific poster on his thread then brags about how popular it is. Seems like fairly obvious bumping of his own thread to massage his rather fragile ego and questionable sanity.
I ordered stuff of PBK, it arrived, I didn't need to return it. My life is so dull and depressing. Oh no, hang on, it's not. I'm quite happy all things considered.
