    That's the one.

Matt paint looks awesome on hot/rat rods, so of course some f*cker decided they'd get the same affect on their A5 with an olive green sticker.

We were passed twice by the same Lambo (Aventador if my Googling images is accurate) on Sunday. Don't worry, I didn't overtake it, we saw it coming back the other way an hour later! Twas in that matt dark grey. Made it look like a stealth military vehicle, or something off the set of Batman, rather than a £300k supercar.

Knowing how my CR1 picks up muck and grease it must be a proper pain in the @rse to keep clean...

Cartridge adhesive and silicone sealant which comes out everywhere except the nozzle. Just lately I've had a number of them split/leak and that stuff goes all over the place (and yes I did cut the top off before loading it).

That the missus got in first to get her bike up on the turbotrainer (aye winter be a-comin' in) and negotiated / bullied / hoodwinked me into moving over MY sensors onto her bike so I have to buy some replacements. Gonna be a long winter.

The six nobbers riding along a major road in two rows of 3 at 12mph in their club kit (blue and yellow jivey 70s looking stuff) past Gibraltar Barracks yesterday afternoon - busy road, mid afternoon, blocking the whole Sid elf the road. Some people were getting a tad frustrated to say the least.

Special mention to the guy who was wearing full Catstelli on the outside of the group spinning along at a million rpm doing 12mph. Use the right hand lever my son .........

    Lads - single file please.

To be fair, while it looks wrong, that road is so narrow in places - with walls on the edge in places, that it would be unsafe to overtake them even if they were in single file. Assuming we are both talking bout Minley Road, or is there another Gibraltar Barracks?

Turn off the main road outside the barracks (big huge main road), road leads up very slight gradient - again, big main road with fast traffic - open fields on both sides. Not my area, so don't know the exact road names, but they were being a tad silly.

The Minley Road I'm thinking of runs from the M3 J4A to A30, and doesn't sound the same as the road you're describing.

A single file of 16 cyclists as opposed to a double file of 8 is far longer in length to over take.

    Just saying like.

People in an open plan office who talk way louder than necessary. Normally in our office anything outside my immediate team is just a background noise but there is woman who works here part time and sits about 30m away yet I can hear every word she says either to others in the office or on phone conversations.

I have two similar example in my small office. One thinks you need to shout down the phone to be heard, it is difficult to work while they take a call. Add to this that they like to sing (that's right sing) their answers down the phone. The other generally keeps their calls about "the big game" to a reasonable level but ever since they have started in the office have sniffed roughly once every 3 minutes. People have left loo roll (unused) in the vicinity of their desk but they haven't taken the hint yet.

One of the girls at work has lost 6 stone and in turn is now free of diabetes. Fair play to her, it's a hell of an achievement, but I don't need it pushed down my throat every time I see her.

She came into the office on Friday like a kid at Christmas proclaiming her achievement. Work got her a card which everyone signed wishing her well, which prompted an email again proclaiming her achievement. This afternoon we've just been treated to a phone call again proclaiming her achievement following a checkup at the Dr's.

Hi Pinno - how ya doing?

    Im with Pinno on this

If cars are going to overtake you safely they should be giving enough room so as to be encroaching the other side of the road if its single lane. It would be quicker to overtake 2 x 3 than a line of 6. Especially if there is oncoming traffic.
