Anyone* can 'bulk-up a bit' if they have the time and they have trainers. Football, rugby union and league, swimming, horse racing, rowing, athletics, tennis... I doubt there's a major sport that hasn't been significantly impacted by doping in one form or another over the past 20 years. Whether anyone cares to investigate those in depth is a different question: there's too much money or national interest tied in with some of them.0
