Are we going to iron out our differences in this matter?

Well I had a look at them in the shop after I signed my contract (:D) and TBH, I couldn't tell the difference between the iron and non-iron in terms of look, and Charles Tyrwhitt have more sizes and designs i like in the non-iron, so I'll just go for those.

Might have to invest in a packing thing anyway, but will see.

Another vote for CT Shirts here. I am wearing a non-iron one as I type. I whip an Iron across it. Takes seconds. I dont usually need to fold them up but have done the roll method and they come out the other end just fine and dandy :)

For the money they are great shirts. I think I picked up 4 for £100 a couple months back. I prefer them to the M&S Autograph range.
