The last time I was cycling near Marlborough a deer leapt over a fence, ran across the road, ran straight into a fence post and fell over dead. Darndest thing I ever seen

Already been thanks, nothing broken just a lot of swelling bruising and road rash although the sharp pain at the base of my little finger is more concerning as is the concentration required to write this post.

Right time to fully asses the damage to the bike, make repairs and head out for a gentle spin - damn i'm stiff all over this morning, no bruising yet which is amazing.

Well I didnt ride this weekend, rested up since the accident and I'M BORED SO BORED perhaps I need a project?

Anyway my wrist hurts if I lift anything and with tomorrows commute coming up I'm concerned I might be unfit to ride, about now a 2nd car would be useful.

The worst thing with riding with a beggared wrist is broken tarmac cos the vibrations kill - last time I spent two weeks keeping the tyres on the painted lines,,,,,,

Commute was fine if a little wild this evening I think the local wildlife have taken up residents in the overgrown verges, time to dig out the masshoof lights

I have bruising but alas in none forum friendly location
