Contador looks a beaten man to me.0
-
Froome game over (p*ss poor tactically again)
Contador has to be worrying now, great ride by J-Rod0 -
If Froome had an ounce of cycling nouse then he'd be a decent bike rider.0
-
Yes well done J-Rod, Froome shoeld never have attacked when he caught them, that cost him big time!!0
-
Fing sprintersContador is the Greatest0
-
Last time I remember Contador looking that rough was when he hunger flatted at Paris-Nice.0
-
Good stage
j Rod tough to beat
So it appears that froome does need someone like Wiggins telling him what to doFckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
This is great to watch. J-rod was always a bullet on short climbs, but could never cope with anything over 5km, but since the Giro this year he has really become an all around climber. Great stuff to watch!0

Oh dear Bertie - steak tonight0

Ok Contador. You know that this guy JRod has one of the fastest finishing 1-1.5km in the game. Hit this guy with 5km to go minimum. You have three more mountains.
Contador is the Greatest0 -
For the muppets who during the TDF claimed Froome was the strongest rider, here you go. On the stage where he attacked Wiggo and was orderred back, you can see now what probably would have happened. These type of short explosive efforts can kill you and rarely open up large gaps but they can loose you time when you blow.
J-Rod rode perfect race fair play to him. Glad he caught and passed Bertie. I think he can win this noiw, will give him huge confidence.0 -
13km steep climb tomorrow - if bertie doesn't get the better of J-Rod here then could be game over.0
-
Three times Contador has had the win taken from him in the final few hundred metres. Must be massively pissed now.Contador is the Greatest0

Agree on this!Contador is the Greatest0 -
Bert needs to calm down. He is like a bloke on his first lads hol in Ibiza, desperateFckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0

I wasn't a huge fan of J-Rod but that was one heck of a ride! Great to see some taking it to Contador like that...
Froome just looks too tired this far into the season. He could maybe stick with the big guns and shoot for 3rd place overall if he had a little more intelligence... If he had not attacked on catching up he might have been able to limit his losses a little more. I definitely think he's got a grand tour in him, but in a couple of years.0 -

Thing is he knows J-Rod is a better finishers, Berts left it too late for the attacks. Pre-ban he was going with more than 5km to go, thats the only way he's going to stop J-Rod now.0 -
This is looking good for J-Rod, his team know saxo have to commit to race whole stage hard to break him, so he can just shaddow bertie He has Moreno with him so is looking good.0

Quite.
Can we start the #freeHenao or #freeUran campaign now?0 -
Thing is FF that looked more than just having a fast finish. He looked to have much more in the tank than Contador.0
-
Anybody else thinking the performances of J-Rod are a bit too good to true ???
Just saying.................0 -
Great win JRod. Gusty from Froome.
When you're in a group with Contador, stop riding for him.0 -

If J-Rod batters everyone on the 19km finishing climb this Monday then maybe, but at the minute i think he's just in the form of his life. Think Valverde is more suspect.0 -

This clearly isn't the same Froome from the Tour though.0
