    He just comes across as an old man who's been forced to have an opinion about a hero of his.

    I don't think there's much malice or particular intent either way.

    I don't know. It's always been easy to dismiss him as a mostly harmless bumbling buffoon who was just caught up in the Armstrong mystique, but that interview today was calculated, and slightly sinister.

    Easy to see why this guy has a PhD and Liggett hasn't.................

    Thats gotta be one of the best character assisinations I've ever read. Would hate to be on the wrong end of Ahsenden if he was a prosecuting lawyer.

    I don't thin Liggett is going to ever recover from this.

    I'm sure their is a pic of Liggett on armstrongs private jet ....ok it's not a crime but would anyone else expect him to say the opposite on what he's said today.
