You obviously aren't too familiar with the evidence in the case, as that's exactly what USADA have said (and they have the test result data to back it up). The data was released publically as part of a New York Daily News report on the investigation:

you can prove any argument on the 'net! but seriously, my "shock" at doping and pro cycling ended with Festina, when i packed cycling in, after racing an training for years and hoping to go as far as i could.
Now, as i said in my OP, i really dont care and no i dont want them to have weapons or whatever.... but anyone who saw the the first ch4 tdf's (as i did as a lad) cant have failed to have been inspired by the why they rode back then, is it ethical? of course not BUT it was great see at the time.
LA will have to live with his decisions and the rest of us will debate the rights an wrongs of it all long into the future, doubtful that he ll achive the "hero" status of Merx though lol!!!! now which dope test did he fail?

Just goes to show you (and the vast majority) no sweet FA about Pro cycling.

ANyway you're in good(?) company - 57 Varieties VerBUNGen believes exactly the same.
