    Pooley/Cooke in chasing bunch...
the Russian seems hesitant on coming thru .. I'd be giving her some verbals

Well, unsurprisingly she probably cant. Have you any idea how strong Vos is? Armitstead also very strong. Think Gerrans on Fabu's wheel at MSR.

Just like yday I have zero confidence in these gaps. Its very strong riders out in front vs a disorganised chase with Pooley and a Dutchie breaking up the chase

Maybe you are of this opinion because she is Russian. What you say is totally unrealistic.

The time gaps are all over the place. I think it's about 25 seconds.

It's only three out front now. American Olds has dropped back.

Hilarious. Tv misses olds dropping off. Disagree with commentators about affecting the breakaway as she was doing nought.

I can imagine they're not to everyone's taste but I do love those neon red Spesh bikes, looked great in the flesh yesterday too.

Zabelinskaya's dad won the gold medal in the RR of the 1980 Olympics, and I expect she knows what she's doing for her own good.

Zabelinskaya, Armitstead and Vos are working well together. It will take a good effort to bring them back.

Yes, Armitstead seems to be trying to whittle it down or push the pace on or something.

Dutch and British getting medals would be nice to see. They've been central to everything that's happened today.

Looks like the Germans know how to chase now. Don't think they'll catch the leaders though
It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.
