    Stage is a major fail.

Contador would have attacked and lit them up a few km ago. Champions ride to win on the offensive.

    Patience...

I hope they are dope testing Ryder.

You'd hope they are testing all of them...

Scarponi goes again, Basso classic diesel response to get back on.

    Think so.

Major fail from Basso. His team-mates will be happy after the past week and half...

Looking good for Cavendish though. J-Rod doesn't look like winning this.

Garmin car must be going absolutely nuts.

That went all wrong for the other GC riders..........

Good on Ryder I guess. Hope JRod can do something tomorrow.........

Took a while to get going, but that was one of the most brutal last few KMs I can remember.

    Anything can happen tomorrow

Makes it really interesting. If you recover better it's all to play for.

It looks flattish on TV but it climbs steeply all the way to the line.

Congratulations Kreuziger. Went for it and salvaging a stage win is commendable.

    Great ride by Hesjedal.

J-Rod owes Pozzo a beer or two. Dragged him back into the mix

The reason riders look so cooked is that (I hope) there's nothing iffy in their systems. Let's pray that the days of riders (Bertie / Ullrich / Ricco/ LA ) etc looking fairly fresh at the end have ended

    Kudos to Ryder, great ride.

Massive fail for Basso. Can't deliver when you've told your team to ride hard on the front for the past two weeks.
