Finally got mine back Thursday. Fitted it to bike last night only to find the wheel won't turn properly when the skewers are clamped on. Need to send it back again, absolutely useless

And again. The saga continues. 437 this morning. Is it a coincidence that 2 days ago (wasn't on bike yesterday) I rode home in the rain and now its borked again?

    We'll see.
  • Powertap service in UK and Australia is shite. Send it to Powertap in the US if you want the real deal customer service. I paid 320USD and they gave me new axle, internals, LYC, bearings, cassette body. Only took about a week turn around.

Well I might as well update and say that the last time this happened I downgraded to a Powertap Pro+ and my unit has been rock solid since. I've had longer now with a working unit than I've ever had in the past. Nothing will ever convince me that the SL+ was ever fit for sale. 3 failed SL+ hubs says it all really.

How much did it cost for delivery? Did you have to pay return postage given that you aren't US based and if so what was the cost of that? Sounds like a very good deal. Will bear it mind.
