I get stuck behind these people all the time when I drive to work. It's always the same: 30mph zone past a primary school, with speed humps and it's 40 between the humps, down to 20 as they hit them. Onto a 40mph road, they do 40, limit goes up to 50, they stay at 40, into a village so the limit is 30, and they stay at 40, out onto a NSL road and they stay at 40.

But even worse are the people who do 40 everywhere, but brake down to about 25 every time a car comes in the opposite direction. :?

And drivers who seemingly have no depth perception, so they almost brush your elbow as they go past, and then carry on moving out even though they're in front of you, so by the time they're 30 yards ahead they're right out on the other side of the road. Then they have to veer back across the road to get out of the way of the car coming the other way. If you're going to do a crap overtake then just do it, don't almost have a head on crash because you're pretending to give me space!
