    This is great, it's got everything.
    Nowhere near yet. Does strength training make you a better cyclist? Is it OK to ride listening to an ipod? What's a good average speed for a beginner? Do average speeds matter? Is Wiggle to blame?

    And my favorite......... Is WD40 a good chain lube ?

    Does it have to be an iPod? I listen to my music on my phone and it's a lowly Samsung :cry:

    My thoughts exactly, brie or camembert would be a bit of a problem in the summer. I mean any type might get a bit pongy, but runny is no use for keeping on your head.

    Anything else = yes (unless I can't find it)

    I've never found a skull cap that sits well under a helmet to keep my ears warm.
