Apple stores covered in jizz

TBH my PC's up to some stupdenous continuous uptime, measured in years now not hours, and even that was only broken because I decided to upgrade some components (which wouldn't have been easy or perhaps even possible with a Mac) "PCs are unreliable" is only true if you fail to obey the one golden rule- never buy a version of windows til it's been servicepacked.yeehaamcgee wrote:Because we've seen the kind of "people" who buy them, and we are terrified of being subconsciously grouped with them.
What you do is, you take the apple laptop or pad, and then you tear the cover off a copy of Tranny Grannies (or whatever the jizz mag of your choice may be) and stick the offending Apple inside it. Sorted.Uncompromising extremist0 -

This is true!
I don't have a problem with Apple as such, it's as Yehaa says its the owners!
Thing i hate most is people that own an Apple product have to tell you about it and say the name of the product constantly. For example: I was in the pub the other day and we wanted to know the answer to a question that came up. My mate says "i'll have a look on my iphone" Not "'ll look on my phone" he had to tell us he had an iphone. This has happend several times. I've also had someone say to me "i'll send you an email from my Macbook". SadBikes are OK, I guess... :-)

Never gets bummed by viruses, or have I needed to restart my laptop because it's on it's cyber period. 'ctrl, alt. del' type episodes are few and far between, only really happening when i'm taking the wee-wee with the amount of things i'm trying to run at once.
for me, just having something that happily works and goes 'un noticed' is what you pay for
Or you could just get a linux distro and get much the same level of stability and it will be very familiar, but you just don't get the hand holding and wallet relieving or be inducted into a cult.
Though the opinion of "the dark side" of Microsoft is flawed if you've never looked at Windows 7.0 -

So...
"'ctrl, alt. del' type episodes" on Windows = STUPID MS WITH THEIR CRAPPY OS!!
"'ctrl, alt. del' type episodes" on Macs = Must be my fault. I'm sorry.
Ladies and Gentlemen...here is why Apple have such a huge cash pile.
As it stands, I've not had anything crash on me on Win 7.Formally known as Coatbridgeguy0 -
My widnows 7 is going well, and the only time I had things crash on my vista pc was when I tried doing way too many things for the 1gb of RAM I had.
I'll save my cash, stick to windows, not be stuck up, and buy more bike stuff.0
