Sounds about right. Apple stores are genarally full of W4ankers, buying products because they are shiney and "fashionable".Bikes are OK, I guess... :-)

Because you're not special enough
Actually, the rollout is being staggered (so they don't balls it up like they did with NoDo). There is a work around if you want to get it though http://www.wpcentral.com/force-mango-up ... e-softwareFormally known as Coatbridgeguy0 -

Good stuff. Now... what apps are worth getting for this then? I've got all the ones I used on Android (Facebook, Twitter, Shazam, etc) so I've not lost out on anything (though I do miss the native Gmail app).
Anything else worth getting app wise?Formally known as Coatbridgeguy0 -

You are only upset because you are poor and cant afford them.
Its not that. Just bought a new Toshiba laptop. Looked at a similar speced Macbook and it costed £1300 more. Why the hell would you buy a Mac?Bikes are OK, I guess... :-)

because they are much more stable and reliable. my current macbook pro is 4 years old and going strong, it's not decided to fudge itself after upgrading to Snow leapord then Lion. Never gets bummed by viruses, or have I needed to restart my laptop because it's on it's cyber period. 'ctrl, alt. del' type episodes are few and far between, only really happening when i'm taking the piss with the amount of things i'm trying to run at once.
for me, just having something that happily works and goes 'un noticed' is what you pay for0 -

I wouldn't justify that question with an explanation, it would be like feeding caviar to pigs.0 -

My PC does that. Cheaper than a Mac would have been too.0 -

It's not the fact i lack intellect. I just seem to have totally missed the point of Mac computers. And yes i have used them. Maybe so, I'm jst going off my experiences of laptops as that's what I predominantly use. I'm yet to use a windows laptop that I havn't wanted to make it fly through a window! This could be because of the spec of windows laptops used. Still wouldn't swap my mac though...because I like it, not because it looks pretty0 -

The same reason people walk by the local Hyundai / Kia dealership and right into the VW / BMW dealerships ?
Well said..
Especially when you've been driving BMW's/VW's for over 30 years, nothing will motivate you to go the cheaper / lesser alternative0 -

Apple have yet to make a single product that I wanted to own. Let's what this new phone brings. You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.0 -
