    Just informed my next visitor to the office from the UK that I expect half a crate of Soreen!

    I agree - the cheese (crumbly mature cheddar is best) really cuts through the delicious fruity gackiness - which is lubricated by the butter. Would go well with a Cotes du Rhone - just under room temperature.
