Appears to be an alarming number of BR commuters on Embankment every day, it'd be interesting to see just how many of us are racing up and down CS8 every day.. so I can say hello obviously :D

Greg66 - it's all in the sig - elegant, Bacchus like appearance, radiating light entertainment and musical theatre around him; 1980's monotone red or blue clothing - wang eyes allied to an incubator's turn of speed and more chafing than a bag of steel drill swarf in your chamois creme.... Often pursued by female cyclists who have sudden trouble staying put on their saddle - but no trouble at all in keeping up becasue he teases them by riding only just out of their reach.

rjsterry - scuffed white, steel-framed Giant roadie, occasionally with 'guards. Always have white Spesh Propero lid, and black facemask, and usually orange dhb glasses, a variety of lycra, although mostly red/black. Navy blue Crumpler courier bag. And sporting ever so slightly Spanish waiter sized hips

    im generally pretty early ..both ends of the day..

    7.15am, and then 5.15pm ish, so not sure if thats too early for most..

    Bit sporadic atm due to house and sleeping in different ones arrangement wise but you'll see me on occasion. dark grey helmet (often with cap underneath), red face mask, dark grey cannondale mtb with slicks with either blue crumpler or black camelback. If you hear me say sometihng muffled its either hello or ffs.

    Yeah, I'm an Embankment-er - join up after coming off Battersea Bridge and then all the way into Soho.

    On the Bianchi, usually in a Shutt Sportive top (black with white hoop) and with a Deuter Race Air backpack. Timings vary, but I guess my 'normal' would be around 08:00ish in and 17:00ish return.

    My times hitting Embankment can vary depending on where I'm working, usually do a short stint from Chelsea Bridge > P.S in the mornings then go all the way from P.S > Wandsworth Bridge of an evening.

    I think the only BRer I've ever bumped into along that stretch is CJCP, however I have spotted MrOrigamist, Gaz545 and Cafewanda down CS7 :-) Oh yeah and GregT down in Westferry Circus once.....

    That would be about the right time :-) I had a flying start this morning as I timed it almost to perfection! There was a huge mass of riders and I just stayed out of the CS lane. Utter scalpbath :-D

    Anyone else think we need a "badge of SCR" to display? I'm considering a cheap Chinese carbon frame for the next commuter, so can make up my own logos to put on it. Like Team SCR :oops:
