Here's some of mine...
• "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.." THE scene from Blade Runner, especially when Batty releases the Dove as he dies.
•The Comedians funeral in Watchmen.
•The "bic pen" fight scene in The Bourne Identity.
•Jango vs Obi-wan on the Kamino landing platform in Attack of the Clones.
•A tiny bit of Tim Burton's Batman. The "Bat Plane..?" climbs out of cloud & is sillouetted by the moon for a second.
•Vincent Vega & Jools' falling out over who should pick up Marvins brain in Pulp Fiction.
•A scene in Grosse Pointe Blank when Martin returns home only to find his childhood home replaced by a convenience store, & the ensuing mayhem.
•Richard & Sonny's stand-off in Dead Man's Shoes.
