I'd hold back a bit on the 2x20's. Perhaps do them at 90% threshold or something. I did the same thing a couple of years ago. Podiumed first race, burnt out the rest of the season! Worth a shot though, if you have a desk 9-5 job then I guess it helps recovery (I don't!).0
