Morning.
Start times don't get much more awkward than this. I already want to go to bed. Hurry up!0 -
I've been up all night designing a book about the Ryder Cup, so bedtime will be immediately after this race.0
-
Quite a few crashes and mechanicals already.
Ukrainian girl is getting the sneaky seat post/rear brake servicing push up the climb by the team car mechanic.0 -
Whilst the Canadian mechanics stand about to ponder the meaning of life.0
-
I can't believe how boring women's cycling is.
P.S. Good morning :oops:0 -
Jesus - the camera shots from the lead motorbike are so bad it's making me dizzy. Bouncing all over the show!0
-
this is like watching a Cat 3/4 race0
-
Anyone watching live?
No one in the bunch wanting to do any work, so the American in the lead is just riding away. Will be interesting to see if they can reel her back in.
FINALLY.... Pooley and Armistead are in a group that has broken from the peleton.0 -
And they're all back together again. Except for the leader Mattis0
-
I reckon they might be giving Mattis a little bit too much time0
-
Lead is under 2 mins now but they aren't chasing hard enough yet.0

And finally some pace in the bunch too, so can finally believe the american won't stay away.Jibbering Sports Stuff: http://jibbering.com/sports/0 -
Dutch on the front - driving the pace a bit. Gap is coming down.0
-
-
At least it's getting a little more interesting now. But I still think it's going to be a (small) bunch sprint.
Lizzie Armistead could win this.0 -
-
Morning all
Interesting race this - Pooley by far the strongest uphill, but will it be enough to stay away? Netherlands still doing all the work for Vos...
Antoshina away now - good TTist, orange chasing0 -
Vos might make the same mistake as a couple of years ago when Cooke won, by attacking on a climb that is too far from the finish.0
-
Van Vleuten puncture - Vos' best climbing helper.... good news for Pooley0
-
too slow up this hill - lack of teamwork in British team in support og Pooley0
-
Ah, that's why, Cooke going herself0
-
And caught0
-
last hill - it's breaking but Pooley won't win it if she waits like this0
-
-
Did she blow it or was she just completely shot?0
-
Very good and smart try by Cooke - great brave long sprint from Vos - Italians again away with it
4th time 2nd for Vos - she really needs a good climbing team mate
Don't understand why Pooley didn't even try in that last round on the climb, looked like she was easily the fastest uphill0 -
Meh.0

Johansson hit by some dumb spectator with a camera in full sprint0
