NapD- how long have you had the Muddy Fox Courier? what is it 1985/6.
i had one, my first proper bike at the age of 12 or 13. bitterly regret selling it, nice to see one again.

A class bike (as was the C40). it will do until you see an EPS or C59 at a good price. It will look nice with those Boras

I don't actually want an EPS or C59... Wanted a C50 since they came out and it will do forever. And thanks for letting the cat out of the bag with the wheels

You mentioned them on a post earlier in the week on BR

Got it for Christmas in 1986 when I was 11. Still ride it now. In fact I've been out on it today!

That's just made my blingometer go into the red.

Problem you'll now have is other cyclists queuing up to rip your legs off.

In the immortal words of top cyclist 'The Fresh Prince of Bel Air'

"It's time to cruise so you head to the summertime hangout
It looks like a bike show
    Everybody come lookin real fine
Fresh from the barber shop or fly from the beauty salon
    Every moment frontin and maxin
Chillin on a bike they spent all day waxin
Leanin to the side but you can't speed through
Two miles an hour so everybody sees you"

Nice how the blue fades into the carbon and the graphics are smaller. The semicircles on the headset make me think of a wavefront being pushed from behind

My mate has a 'Geo' Colnago Dream.

I've not seen one photograph that does that paint job the slightest little bit of justice. In the flesh it's STUNNING!

Colnago paintjobs truly are a thing of beauty.

    Cheers!

It was going to be my winter bike but I like it so much it's going to be my racer, I sold the other racer (Cervelo S2) and have this Litespeed with Sram Red as my winter bike...

And there was me thinking my Kuota with Shimano 105 was too good for winter. That's a hell of a nice winter bike!
    More problems but still living....
  • I took one look at the Colnago, then a look at the Litespeed.

FCN 3 or 4 on road depending on clothing
FCN 8 off road because I'm too old to go racing around.

Now sorted with the FSA seatpost (matches the stem) and black Record brake calipers. I'll try and sort a pic tomorrow.

Amuses me why people spend that amount of money on a bike just to pose around on.
    Pointless.
    Not impressing anyone.
