Lovely those cranks are abit RA though

agreed, they are a bit but they work fine, im guessing they will be upgraded some point soon for purely aesthetic reasons.

all done, new deore cranks and bb just cause they look better than the truvativ ones, new kmc chain cause dey iz da bezt, slx cassette and a gravity dropper which isnt as good as a joplin but better than stopping to adjust my saddle height like a gypo.

ive got the classic which means you cant just press the lever too make the saddle raise and lower, you have to unwieght the saddle then put pressure on to make the saddle lower whilst pressing the lever and generally dick around when you should be thumping along.

you have to do something equally websters to make the saddle pop back up too.

its still very very good, just not as good as a joplin which i love. mind you, id rather have it than go with out.

to me, it feels like the joplin was designed by a qualified engineer, the gravity dropper was designed by a dyed in the wool engineer who went through an apprenticeship. with fred dibnar.
