Hushovd made it. Dunno about the others.0

Go Vino!!!!0
-
Hushovd is at the front there I think0
-
this is quite exciting now0
-
Vino needs this win after yesterday.. Even bertie was sitting up front holding the peloton up0
-
Petacchi right on Thor's wheel on the descent.0
-
there's an HTC in there, assume it's Cavendish0
-
Cmon Vino.. vai vai vai!!!0

Bertie is the man!!! Check him holding the group up!!0

Vinoo!
Contador sprinted right onto the front to slow the group.
Big hugs.
Lance is on holiday, it now seems."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
Petacchi back in green by 2 points?0
-
That was weird. Contador walked over to Vino but stopped abouut 3 feet away, smiled and pounded Vino's leg, and then walked off. No hand shake, no hug. Seemed like he was forcing that.0

Have to agree there. Good to see the attacking rider winning, rather than a bunch sprint. Never a big Vino fan, but have to say I'm warming to him from the way he's riding at the Tour.0 -

we only saw the last bit.. they showed it again!!
there was big hugs and nearly a few tears then that bit you talk of where it looks like the chaperone pokes bertie in the eye! :?0 -
So everyone, was that a clean sprint?0
-
Petacchi went for a really long one there. The overhead shot shows that Hushovd's sprint is very lacking in zip.0

Tired from yesterday's efforts?
So does he go out on the attack on a mountain stage, pick up some intermediate sprints to make up the points loss? Think the points comp is maybe the most interesting part of this years race?0 -

Possibly. I posted about this the other day, wondering if going for the intermediates in medium mountain stages is really worth the effort in the long run. Four points one day, 6 points another day... but if it dampens your sprinting, maybe it isn't worth it.
But I don't know. Hushovd has never really been a high end sprinter like Cav or Petacchi.0 -
Pressure back on Thor for the green - he'll need to get in a break again now by the looks of it or Petacchi will surely do him in the 2 last sprint stages.0

I don't think so. He's been coming low down in most sprints. Under trained because of his collarbone, I'd expect.Twitter: @RichN950 -
was that Vino's missus? She be a tasty little thing!! Maybe this is the Kazakh meat he speaks of!0

I don't think he has it in the tank.
I think Petacchi won the green jersey today.0
