    How secure is it to leave bikes outside the roebuck, Is everyone bringing best bikes or would the cheap commuter be a better option?

    They're locked to railings, and where you stand outside to drink is where the railings are, so they're in plain sight until people go indoors.

    I think a lot of people brought best bikes last year, but who knows? I'll be on the FG this year for one.

    Yeah, SS for me this year (may even flop it to fixed, which'll be exciting).

    The nice folks in the Roebuck kindly allowed the late-stayers to put their bikes in a back room last year. Not sure we can rely on that, though.

    Bugger...not sure if I'm going to make this....have football down in Battersea Park at 11am but then perhaps could swing over to Richmond Park to show my face.

    However, need to get back home in the PM as I have some guests arriving and then heading out to the Swan at the Globe on South Bank in early evening for my 30th birthday bash :D

    I'll be there, complete with creaky headset and grinding bottom bracket. Even if you can't see me, you'll hear me coming.

    I'll try and get the guys I did L2B2L to come along too as they often go to RP anyway.

    The forecast has been revised to 30°c and bright sunshine.

    If you use sun block, you better not forget it. I think everyone will get a cyclist's tan.

    Unlikely I'll be along now. After spending a few days away in the Alps, the kids want to go for picnics and stuff, so duty calls.
