    I have a carrera too, but the colour scheme on this looks way epic!

    I do like the white rims, but there's one problem with it mate...

    Its far too clean and shiny, get out and ride it like you stole it! ;)

    (Note: also this thread could/should possibly be in the "Your mountain bikes" bit? If that's true i'm sure a nice Admin will come along and shift it for you! :) If i'm wrong ignore me! :P )

    The Specs:
    Brand new Shimano Hydraulic disc brakes
    Rock Shox Dart 1
    Shimano Altus front mech, And Shimano Alivio rear mech
    Kends Tyres

    Rides very well indeed very happy with it :)

    Haha i realise that but the weather is really good at the moment where i live and theres no where that i can take it to have a good ride on ;) role on the summer holidays!
    Also as i only got it on Saturday its stayed pretty shiny!

    Got a very good deal on the bike too, it was meant to be £500 but in the Halfords sale it came to £330!!!

    very pleased :D

    Hopefully at some point i will have some white rock shox tora's for it and new stem etc :)

    i've always thought them to be a very smart looking bike , enjoy.

    haha i took em off after i took the photos ;p hopefully getting some green rotor bolts and bottle cage screws at weekend to match the graphics :)

    do not change the rotor bolts for the coloured versions !!!!!!!!
    they are not strong enough for brake components.
    ok for bottle mounts.

    Errrm, I call bullshit on that.

    Had coloured rotor bolts fitted to my 185mm codes for a couple of months now with no problems. They've had a hard life too, including a couple of DH races.

    Change the pedals. nice bike otherwise, esp for 330.

    If you go at the whole mtb thing you will probably reach the limits of those forks fairly rapidly but that shouldnt prove terminal and the frame is worth a few quid on a few upgrqades. Not sure coloured bolts are worth the money though...

    mowa do coloured disc rotor bolts. they look anodised but are actually steel

    all the reflectors are off the bike now ;p took em off on the sunday morning. And yeh its the Mowa ones i am getting

    that is such a good looking bike.

    i wouldnt normally recommend coloured pedals as i think they look webbo but i reckon the white ones? i had some fitted to a black and white bike before and they were good looking

    for the money it is a real bargain, those carreras have consistently been really good for the money, im not much of a hardtail man but even im tempted if they can still be gotten for the money!

    There you go :) If you actually wanna get one reserve it online before you go pay for it instore as its only online reservation that gets you it for £330 in store its gone back up to £400 and odd! Its what i did to get mine :D

    the only thing that bothers me about the vengeance bikes is the triangular shaped downtube. just looks funny/odd IMO but definitely a nice bike.

    nice bike, same frame as my fury, i was going to buy one of these but went for the fury as i liked the colour, done some serious pimping on mine now which nearly cost as much as the bike itself
