Aside from knowing that Tom is available I have no idea Daz, I need to take the dog to the vets tomorrow morning but should be OK from about 10 onwards........although I have no idea what time I am supposed to collect the Dog.

Local Trail News:

Maintenance on a section of the Y Mynydd Black trail has started today. The section affected is the ‘road drop in the last section’. The trail remains open and an alternate route is in place. The work will take approximately 1.5 weeks. Please obey all directional signage. Thank you

Finally done "The Gap" yesterday it was sunny as hell at the bottom but was pissing down at the top lol but a awesome ride all round think im gonna be going back down soon

Few of my mates are booked on that uplift on Sunday, so will be at CC with them (though I'll just be pootling down the DH once and will prob spend the rest of the time sessioning airwaves etc so

I pulled a muscle in my should/back in the gym last night - should be interesting when I'm driving the Hanzz

Hope the re-route round the road drop isn't the final descent on the XC :?

Pity about Mike. Hope hes OK. 1/4 of the way down on first run, next stop hospital.

I left at the right time, got home and couldn't walk, leg looks like someone has strapped another leg to it.

Looking forward to seeing that vid though, thats got to be an epic fail

Got a nice big bruise on my hip, but I'm otherwise good. Trails were lovely and quick today. Bouncy bike will be coming next year, as that uplift is awesome.

Who wiped out on the Cube on the big berm? I got a nice vid of that!

Plus I got Rich's (I think) big crash over the drop under the bridge, James' slide over a jump and my stack over the bars into hysterical laughter
