Ah shame for Brice. Andy right up there, nearly caught them all.

Ay, Felliu won a stage at the pyrenees last year didn't he? He can climb pretty well.

I see Kloden's pack horse form has suddenly materialised.

You can see why. LLL or LA could win this overall unless Gesink does a Sterling TT

Forget the pack horses, enjoy the thoroughbred at the front!

Klodi losing some seconds to avoid any potential embarrassment in the TT tomorrow. That guy's career was just so wasted

Guess who is going to win the GC, without having done anything other than survive?

Big win for Gesink. Much respect for that move. Hopefully he has similar form in the Tour - no one is really mentioning him.

don't forget, Armstrong doesn't need to be in form for another 3 1/2 weeks...he will come into July 3rd under form and by day 10 will be not so very far from the top 5 riders when the hammer is absolutely down.

    I agree.
Like I said, he'll probably take the Swiss GC, as they aren't exactly a great bunch of trialists.

Looks like we'll be in for another deadly dull Tour de Negativity.

Gesink is 55 secs ahead of Lance. Although, possibly t is not a forgone conclusion that he will get that much on him in 27km. There are also others in this race.

Why isnt Kloden allowed to compete with LA to try and show that Lance is coming good but hasnt reached his best form yet.

Im only asking as i picked Kloden as my GC, Im not a Lance follower

Exactly. He did the same time as Frank Schleck in the Prologue (only 1s faster than Gesink)

Gesink isnt that bad a TTer and Armstong won't be at peak, so this one is still open.

If he takes the GC, this would easily be LA's biggest win since the comeback.

    Who'da thunk it?

Like a redux of the Indurain days - cling on in the mountains and smoke them in the TT...

I hope not, I hope we see a close race. Who knows how Landis' tip offs have changed things.

Sweet. Finally got one right in the PTP. But when I made my pick... I was just Ges-ink!
