    i have used this shop in my bodybuilding days and know the owner quite well
    met rx is one of the best protiens to aid in recovery of tired muscles
    and the cnp stuff is good as well
    e- mail them or call and they can advise you best

    during the ride i use the sis stuff from the local bike shop ( sis go )as i havent seen any thing better yet..
    alot of the energy drinks contain caffeen which is not ideal to rehydrate.
    carbs to fuel
    protien to repair
