Soya Chocolate drink for recovery?

Well it matters but I'm not sure you can dismiss the entire science of nutrition and body fuelling as "opinion". Depsite what the tabloids would have you believe it's not all about fad diets and fashion, there are some core facts (as discussed) which will help you repair your body and recover after intense exercise.Do not write below this line. I agree, my point was that everything is 'opinion' until its proven for an individual. Science is a hypothesis until observed as an effect. In other words, recovery drinks are only a hypothesis until you test them out on and individual, if they work for that individual then 'it' becomes fact. Sorry I was being a bit obtuse!0
