They're off and an early move has succeeded in pulling away. With the likes of Bouet, Veikkanen , Devenyns and Terpstra it should stay away for a while.

Thomas De Gendt (Topsport Vlaanderen), Maxime Bouet (AG2R), Alan Perez (Euskaltel), Jussi Veikkanen (Française des Jeux), Dries Devenyns (Quick-Step), Niki Terpstra (Milram) and Mauro Finetto (Liquigas)
- Dirk Bellemakers (Landbouwkrediet) at 1'35"
- Peloton at 2'

BMC arrive late to sign on, possible fines from ASO :D

Here is a bit from it:
Cadel Evans' BMC Racing Team missed arrived too late at the sign-on podium and all the riders are likely to receive a minor fine from race organiser, Amaury Sports Organisation (ASO)
Do you have any Therapeutic Use Exemptions?
    No. Never have.
    Never? What about the cortisone?

Eurosport should be up in 5 minutes. HD coverage may be late, as the usual scheduling "musical chairs" has taken place. :(

I take it back ESHD is on first.
Iain, you need a new tele. The upscaling is great. Little difference.

It looks better but it's not HD

As an A/V nerd it really winds me up when people identify things as HD when they're not!

Does it look better -Yes. Is it HD. No fooking way. ES tend to put "Native HD" in the corner if it is.

Big crash. Not sure if anyone important involved though.

 I'm watching it on Eurosport.

Unfortunately, their commentary is inferior to Sporza's.

I like to have the sporza commentary on my comp, and the big screen Eurosport HD on the TV.

Harmon just announced another first. Eurosport are covering the Tour of Switzerland, this year.
What's going on must have something to do with Sky. :)
