2 really boring but warm (and quite cheap at £8 each) thermal base layers from sports direct. They arrived this morning having only ordered them at nearly midnight on Friday. They came with a free mug which is easily big enough to fit most of a cafetiere of coffee in. It's not haribo but it's free

Picked up a new deore middle ring today. But pretty annoyed when i got home and realised it wasn't a deore that was on there before. Just added 41grams to the weight of an already heavy bike, damn
ah well, just need to take a dump before i head out on the bike now.whoever said the pen is mightier than the sword obviously never encountered automatic weapons0 -
