not ordered but bought from TK maxx

a quicksilver baselayer and matching legging style 3/4 pants both with d30 impact gel pads

rrp £145 the top and £175 the bottoms

I paid a bargainous price of £5.99 for each

I did nab the last ones in TK maxx brum, but worth keeping an eye out for at that price, and the bottoms worked today when i had an altercation with a tree

Just couldn't resist posting these up, arrived this morning from Italy and super stoked. They were going to go on my new build but no doubt they're going to end up on my current rig til my frame arrives:

    sintered) brake pads Avid Code

I'll be interested to hear what you make of these when they've bedded in.

I'm almost at the point of replacing the free set of Avid pads I got with mine so I'd be interested to hear how the Ashima ones compare with the Superstar ones.

I'll be sure to let you know. The front pads will need doing soon, so I thought I'd try those as a cost effective alternative to the Avid pads I always tend to buy.

I was talking to some riders at Cannock two weeks back about brake pads, Two of them had Superstar pad failures, as in the pads came off the backing. I've never tried SS pads, due to my motorcycling heritage, I stick with originals or EBC.
The Ashima purchase was just to try something different

    And... today

8 x SKF 6082RS bearings for the rear triangle of the AM bike as well as 4 x HK08122RS needle bearings for the Equilink bar
The entire exercise came to just on £68, I don't mind paying the extra for SKF bearings, they are quality products opposed to some of the nasty Chinese made alternatives that come in at a fraction of the price.

Both bought to use on my road bike which doesn't get used enough so no point in buying extra cycling shoes and also a cheap computer.
