Pierre Rolland off the front. He has a very smooth style0
-
Brice Feillu attacks now. He has a very unsmooth style.0

contador has removed legwarmers...0

since Astana are at the head i guess contador is in good form today, do you think LLS will be able to hold on?0

Feillu's failed move might well have put Vacansoleil out of the Tour de France. If that's as exciting as he can get then I think other squads might get a look in. Harsh and he had a throat infection a while ago but ASO have to make decision somehow.0

More likely to be Valverde I reckon.0 -
Man, Tony Martin is monumentally over rated.0
-
Voigt struggling. Sagan gone off the back.0
-
1.6 to go and contador goes0

Contador's always got a jump but often struggles to pull out a big lead. The riders know to peg him and then come back slow.0
-
he's still dancing away from everyone though!!!! think he'll kick and go again?0
-
turns out he just did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a machine!!0

Rodriguez towing Valverde. Now where have I seen that before?"Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0

So the 1st best climber in the world and the 2nd best climber in the world... if Rujano were there, he'd be in 3rd wheel right now0

I know f.shcleck has his reasons.... but The shack? where was levi?0

Lionel Birnies tweets during the stage were funny.
Especially the Armstrong redux.Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
Not even April and he has 2 mountain top wins and a week long stage race. Who's the champ, and still people pick on him.
Good job Valverde, Sammy and Voigt.
Frank off the pace.Contador is the Greatest0 -
It's predictable, yet still thrilling when he takes off.
But I hope someone can challenge him eventually...I want to see him under pressure and a resulting duel up the summit finishes, a la Peyresourde/Plateau de Beille in '07. No evidence to suggest that will happen in the near future.0 -

Who picks on him FF? As far as I know, everyone (inc the other riders) have all said he is by far away the no1 rider in the world and people only have a chance against him if he falls off of his bike....
I didn't realise there was a Contador is crap movement to go along with the Wiggins/Armstrong/Evans/Valverde etc etc is crap movements...http://www.georgesfoundation.org

All I said was that he didn't look like his normal zippy self. That's hardly picking on him.0 -
The 64 people who picked him for the stage in PTP today obviously don't think he's crap.0
-
The spanish riders do like P-N it seems.0

Having returned from an afternoon of meetings I can only apologise for my love of Etxeondo 3 in 1 hats. I recognise this is an opinion and not a fact.
Experiences of coolness may vary.

The really frightening thing was that you are right. Clearly not as fluid as normal.
Imagine what would have happened if he hadn't taken a knock and was just a little sharper.
Grey Tex will have to have another race schedule re-think.
