    You can suspend Habeas corpus in the United states, by approaching the governor of New Mexico and stating that 'did withermus did die and cause great invaders from the east'.

    Well actually you can't now, but you could up until 3rd April 2006, when a know-it-all student tried it, and true to the law the governor attempted to suspend Habeas corpus.

    They are high quality LCD screens coupled with an elaborate system of cameras and CGI. A large proportion of our taxes goes towards the massive ongoing costs that the government incurs with the huge infrastructure needed to pull off this insanely elaborate scam.

    the only true seagul is the Kittihawk as it only lives off the sea....all the other seaguls are wretched shytehawks that will scavenge if they have to......and they crap on me when I'm stuck out on my oilrig!............you can't even kill em coz all sea birds are protected, grrrrrr.....I HATE YOU, GREAT BLACK BACKED GUL WITH YOUR MACHINE GUN ARSE!
