guys, i was only having a laugh. no need to like, gang up on me man.

Make it sound like it then, when people are having a laugh on a forum about 60% of the time it does not seem it cause you can't tell. That's why you need to make use of smiley faces and the large amount of symbols on the keyboard.

Now anyway, what do I do?

It's my first buy from there, I get the impression so far this company is abit fishy...

They even told me they don't tell people when there stuff is being shipped "because it's more fun"

I put 2 addresses down, my home address as this is where my card is registered, and the delivery address which is where I am now in Manchester.

Paypal suggests 7 days before you can file a dispute, I think...

Either way, I would give Shutt a bit more time.

Well I ordered from Shuttvr and apparently my shorts where dispatched on 3rd March by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for, still not got here, they told me dimensions of parcel and all that and replied quick enough then but I asked yesterday for tracking number and go no reply what so ever.

Bit put off from ordering from them tbh. Payment was by paypal, should I start a dispute?

Hi Freehub - I addressed the parcel myself are you in Wistow? I do take slight offence at being called fishy... In what way?

We are more than happy for you to pop in and see us and see we are far from fishy! This week we haven't been in the office much as we are relaunching the website and have been taking kit to Orbea Team who we sponsor, for the photoshoots.

When the package does arrive and shows the date of postage be sure to say so please?

If it doesnt arrive I will arrange for a pair of shorts to be sent on Friday with a small gift to say sorry.

I will check with the office to see if we cant find a tracking number for you.

    Kind regards, Peter@shuttvr dot com

Take offence if you wish, it was my first order and I put the delivery address for an address in Manchester which I expected them to be delivered to and when it does not arrive I start to suspect things.

The Wistow address was the address I put down for the purpose of my card, some places need card address and delivery address, and I thought this was the same, so in the delivery address when ordering I put the Manchester address down.

Most companies require you to put your BILLING address (the address the bank thinks you live) for verification purpose. I always have to put my billing address as North Wales, but always put my DELIVERY address to Manchester.

Most companies do deliver to the DELIVERY, and it's proper fracking annoying when they send the stuff to the BILLING address.

So I feel for you Will. It's proper annoying when you are without stuff for weeks because the company can't manage to send stuff to the right place.

I have been in the same boat to when I get stuff sent to the office in Ilkley but I live in Oxford... The reason we send to the billing address is where the Names are not matched and the address isn't verified via paypal. This is what Paypal and the CC companies advise and was the case with this order. Unfortunately there are some people out there who are not honest.

I have asked our MD to call you to explain and see if we cannot sort out the issue.

    Thanks, Pete

I forgot to say, bib shorts only, aint keen on normal shorts they slip down.
never had a problem with that at all personally.

Nor me but the bibs i got were 'heavily discounted' (in other words sh1te) and almost castrated me, whereas my swim bike run normal shorts and the plain black normal ones i use are fine. Will be getting more expensive bibs next though.....After i've scrimped enough for some decent-ish wheels before summer...

Thanks Tony - I saw that :) I am sure they will be with you by the weekend, but once they leave Ilkley PO they seem to be in the lap of the gods!

Hi freehub - Simon has been calling you to discuss the issue with the shorts but cannot get an answer so I hope the email with tracking number he provided shows you that we did send them on the 3rd and they were delivered on the 4th.

I also hope that his offer of a free jersey to match your bike will help compensate you for the hassles.

Hopefully if you do head back over the hill to Yorks please pop in and have a coffee..

    Best regards, Pete

Freehub - I hope you have sorted this out as I felt a bit guilty for the rcommendation at 1st until I read what Shutt were doing for you. Looks like they really do care and are trying to make a good name for themselves with a great personal service. I have a jersey from them and have been really chuffed with it and don't mind telling everyone. I'm going to be buying a gillet soon and another jersey soon and will not hesitate using them.

It's going to be hard for Will to leave negative feedback after getting a free jersey

I think it would be hard to find fault with £29 bib shorts, they have got to be great value. Just been on the site and it looks like they have sold out of mediums already, good job the large are my size, may have to get some before they go. Missed out on the limited edition jersey because I spent too long making my mind up.

Honest feedback is best.. They are the same shorts we supply to our pro team Orbea-For Goodness Shakes! for training if that helps?
