I am 6'0", 70 kg, 22" thigh at biggest point.

6' and 65kgs is possible - did that 3ish years ago after I dislocated a shoulder and lost loads of upper body mass - pretty skinny though.

20" thigh, 6' and 72.1kg for me

That's joint problems low I think - less than 5% I believe isn't good long term. Me, I'm a healthy 6.5% fat
