I dunno about you guys but i listen to a new album from start to finish once then it goes into the normal collection and gets played on random until the next new album purchased. i genrally get through 1-2 new albums a week.

As for Jay Z, I don't know how you can say he can't rap - he's got the best flow and lyrics of any rapper ever - even the current Young Forever single is saved from cheesiness by his rapping. My only gripe is that he "retired" about 6 years ago and I bought his "final" alubm...Giant Trance X 2010
