Yeh, he said that on MSN.

Why exactly should it match the saddle?

It doesn't have to at all but some people prefer it that way. I'm not one of them particularly. I have white tape and a black/red saddle on one.

Smart that. Looks better than the current colourways on the CAAD9. Wish I'd got last year. The white with red decals looked superb.

Have you tried fitting CrudRacers to it Will or was that the frame you had bother with them on?

Put red on - it will look okay.

I've got light blue on my Kuota with a black saddle as it matches the light blur Pro Race tyres - looks better than black would if I matched to the saddle.
Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

I have SKS Raceblades. I think crud catchers should be fine on it tho.

Blurrgh was particularly aimed at the splash tape mate.
That stuff is way more offensive than ANYcoloured tyre.

The girls made the wall not me, that's only about 15% of all the pictures, the whole corridor is covered.

Did the girls make that wall too?
  • :? What's up with the odd stem and all those spacers? Are you a cripple?

    The wall, is a box.

As for the stem, that's how I have it and how it's comfortable. It's not a problem, it does not slow me down...

How come you didn't go for something further up the range like Ksyruim's Will?

Can't afford em. I had to get a new headset yesterday, in the future I want to get some Dura Ace clinchers. Don't need bits of bike that make me go faster, I'll train then when I come to afford it I'll fly on faster bits.

I know where you are coming from, when the time comes for better wheels you will really notice the difference......

It's fine, its the parts that are p1issing me off now.

I've had the rear mech off, switched the rear mech with my other bike, had the jockey wheels out, lubed em, had the fork off, bearings out, got a new headset that will be put on upon current headset failure, I suspect the right shifter mechanics is worn judging by the way I have to double click. Front mech, av had that off. I've had the crank arm off today cause it was creaking mad.

At the moment though it seems to be working flawlessly now I sorted out all those problems.

My position ain't right, I'm tinkering with it at the moment, I'll get it properly looked at when I get back to Manchester in October.

The red bike is my commuter bike, my Winter bike is in the shed, just need a new rear wheel cause there is massive play in it, might sell it though tbh.

Looking good Will. What bar tape is that? Thinking of changing the white tape on my black CAAD9 as I'm not convinced it looks right, plus I made a crap job of putting it on.
