FEET?
Is it the 19th century or something?
Get yerself out towards Saddleworth. Our rides use METRES. 3000m is a decent day out0 -
Where exactly do your rides start? Actually in saffleworth?0

aye, tis where I live. quick spin from town along the A635 as a warmup then beast yourself on some proper hills
Or, get out to Calderdale and meet my friend PAIN0 -
Well tbh, the peaks do have propor hills , maybe not as much climbing though. I'd come along if it was not so far.0

Again, just move to Macc, or somewhere nice like Saddleworth or Glossop if you're that serious. Gives you a bit of a challenging commute into Manchester that way too.0

Will do you not get bored of going to the peaks/ south Mcr all the time? Get yourself up onto the pennines. You'l love it!Bianchi. There are no alternatives only compromises!
I RIDE A KONA CADABRA -would you like to come and have a play with my magic link?0 -

Yea sure I'll do that, 15 mile commute to college, no thanks, I'm only in Manchester for college..
I did this today, bloody good route, very hilly, every hill was like 10% +, well every propor climb, by performance is absoloutly crap though comapred to how it was

I don't really want to go up north on my own, it's full of big roads with maniacs on, I'll have to see if anyone near Manchester is willing to meet up some time. But to answer your question, no, I don't get bored of the peaks, I discover new roads every time!0 -

I'd say so; as a rule of thumb I reckon anything with over 100ft/mile to be 'very hilly', so that ride easily makes the grade. No doubt someone will be along to say that their recovery ride route has 400ft/mile of climb, but for us mere mortals 3300ft in 27 miles is plenty!0 -

What?!?! I'm not getting out of bed for that, easier than my recovery rides
I'm joking BTW will :P :P0 -
A guy I know made that route up as a p155 take, but I'm seriously thinking of doing it, in a day, maybe next year, not on my own though, take like 18 hours I bet.0
