Queen stage:

Loosli, Albasini, Rutkewiecz, Marcato, Kirienka in the break... a good group but the peloton is close behind with Liquigas doing the pulling.
Still quite some distance to go.0 -
Is the forum working properly now?
EBH wins the stage, sprinting from a group of about 15. Not sure who was 2nd or 3rd because the guy providing the feed switched over to football about 2 milliseconds after EBH crossed the line
Ballan keeps the jersey, I think,0 -
Anyone got a video of EBH win? That guy is too strong.

Thanks afx - that is just what I wanted.Contador is the Greatest0

No problemo. Today's final stage:
And the top 3 on GC:
1 Alessandro Ballan (Ita) Lampre - N.G.C. 25:50:34
2 Daniel Moreno (Spa) Caisse d'Epargne 0:00:10
3 Edvald Boasson Hagen (Nor) Team Columbia - HTC 0:00:11
I can't see it being anything other than a bunch sprint, but there are are bonus seconds available at the finish and we know EBH can sprint (as well as climb, TT, ride in echelons, ride on cobbles, etc, etc, etc...)0 -

Gotta say my favourite thing about EBH is his complete lack of knowledge about cycling history and culture. At the start of the year he didn't know who Eddy Merckx is, and Craig Lewis posted this on Twitter a few days ago:
Just asked Edvald Boasson Hagen what the main climb in Gent Wevelgem is. He has no idea, yet he won that race this year!5:51 PM Aug 2nd from mobile web
I think that's kinda cool.
TdP is now live here: http://www.justin.tv/yarecky200o/old
That other feed has football at the moment.0 -
57 km to, 1'34" only for the break. It's quite a big break, but some names: Stannard again, David Lopez, Ronny Scholz, Matthias Russ... Marco Marcato (virtual leader), and I think Ardila.
Edit: Albasini and Lastras too... and a Saxo rider who I can't pick out.
Edit 2: The Saxo is Jason McCartney. Another rider is Andrey Amador, a Costa Rican neo-pro.0 -
Bah, football on one feed, news on the other one.0

Now that we're fully briefed on Polish current affairs, the race is back on.
All the intermediate sprints have finished, and the break scooped them all up. There are only 10 bonus seconds available at the finish, so unless a catastrophe happens, Ballan is the overall winner. EBH could still get 2nd though.
17 km to go.0 -
Nice job by Stannard. The big breakaway was caught when the news was on, and ever since we've been back, he's been hanging about 5 seconds off the front of the peloton - first with Marek Whatshisname, now with Anthony Roux.0
-
Greipel finally gets a win. Sutton 2nd, Weylandt 3rd, Goss 4th, Pronk 5th. Ballan safely in the pack.0

Thanks for all the updates - I wasn't able to watch yesterday.Contador is the Greatest0
