    Easy 1892 he's just a bluenose bitter. :wink::lol:

    Oh well the skinny Jan Molby has gone then. Rafa is interested in Poulsen. What you think of him 1892?

    He sure is. I dunno I just see this as a massive backwards step. Ok fair play if he wanted to go let him go. But if it was because of him and Benitez falling out last year then things should have been resolved a long time ago.

    But replacing him with Poulsen who is almost 30 and not a major name in the football world is not my idea of good business.

    What about the Italian? By all accounts he's good but a bit injury prone

    I heard that as well. He's young but has been touted as a promising player for last 5 years according to some reports. You would think that after showing promise for 5 years he would show some actual skill?!?!? :lol:
    And do we really need another sicknote on the books along with Aurelio, Degen and these days Agger.
    One things for sure, for god sake don't give him the number 7 shirt!

    It needs to be retired, although Smicer gave it one last moment of brilliance that beautiful famous turkish night!

    That was Smicer's only good game wasn't it? You could see he was a skilful player but never produced the goods. I wander where he is now? Probably no longer playing.

    Yeah his one great appearance in a red shirt. Whenever I see that goal go in I think in the back of my mind that Baros will stick his head on it to re-direct it!

  • gutted xabis gone and tbh don't really understand why other than the fact that spain is way better place to live i imagine than england, so long as we get a good replacment which i trust rafa will do i think we can still win it, ay spearing has got to be given a chance? from what i have seen of him it all looks very good
  • The most important thing is that the premiership and in fact all footy leagues just decide who's the best and then walk their seperate ways - Leave the airwaves free for a proper sport. Like cycling! Consider all the types...road, mountain, street racing, bmx, downhillin', TTs etc.

    Two wheels are better than one ball!

  • Are forums not for both sides of the argument ;-)

    Haha, only kidding...difficult to see a clear winner with most of teh premiership being sold abroad....maybe some late and mid-season purchases will bulk out the top 4 squads when injuries hit?

    Don't worry, I've heard we have cloned Jan Molby(who originally invented the pass) with some of Xabi's D.N.A.

    ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

    Rangers beat multi-million pound Manshitty tonight in a pre-season friendly.

    The same Rangers who were so outplayed by Arsenal on Sunday that even the sanguine Walter Smith had to agree there was a gulf in class. Maybe there should be an exodus North of the Border to join the SPL in search of a Champions League spot.
