Let's be clear, they are three scenarios to consider;
1. A rider trains hard but doesn't dope.
2. A rider dopes a lot but doesn't train.
3. A rider trains hard and dopes.
Most, if not all, recent Tour winners would fall into the latter category in my opinion.0 -
